April Challenge—10,000 Steps a Day

The April Challenge is 10,000 steps a day.  Check out the video below for more detailed information.

Now, to get ready for the challenge, you need some way of tracking your steps.  You can use a simple pedometer.  Here are some pedometers you might try out:

Or you can get fancier (and more expensive) by getting a Fit Bit or the UP3, which is the one I have.

 Track your daily steps for a few days before the challenge begins.  How many steps do you get on weekdays?  How many do you get on weekends?  This will give you a better idea of what you'll need to do to reach that goal of 10,000 steps.
