Birchbox September 2014

Last month's Birchbox had so many wonderful products!  Out of the five samples it included, I have already purchased the full-sized products for two of them and plan to buy a third.

This month's box had some nice things in it, too.

The first thing in the box was a perfume by Juliette Has a Gun called Lady Vengeance.  It has a sweet and spicy fragrance with rose, patchouli, and vanilla.  I can't really smell patchouli, which is good thing (in my opinion!).

Next, was a waterproof eyeliner by Noir Cosmetics.  It sure looks like a full-sized product to me!

Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate was next.  It's an anti-aging formula that you put on your face before any other serum or moisturizer.

A highlighter in Champagne Shimmer by Temtu was also in the box.  This can be spread anywhere on the body for a light shimmer or used for contouring.

The last product was a one-ounce bottle of hand cream by Tocca.  It has a light scent of green tea and lemon and feels very moisturizing.

I look forward to trying these out and I'll be sure to review them for you next month when I show what I got in the October box.  You can explore Birchbox by clicking on this referral link.

Be sure to check out my YouTube video below for more detailed information about this box and my review of last month's products.  Also, I sure would love it if you would subscribe to my YouTube channel at

  1. I'd never heard of them before, but it seems like a great way to try new products.

    1. It is SUCH a great way to try new things for not a lot of money. I've really been happy with my last 10 boxes.

  2. These subscription boxes are everywhere nowadays! Never heard of this one before. Thanks for linking it up with #MMWBH x

    1. They are everywhere and I just discovered them last year. I tried Ipsy and it was clearly for 20-somethings. Birchbox has really made me happy since last November. If you haven't already done so, check out the accompanying video with the post for more details. Thanks for commenting! --Jennifer
