2016 Mini Challenges

In 2016, I plan to challenge myself to 12 mini-challenges.  These will focus on developing habits that will contribute to health—both body and mind.  Each month will feature a different 30-day challenge.  The idea is to do something for 30 days in the hope that it becomes a habit.

Be sure to check out my YouTube channel (BusyBeingJen) for a description of each month's challenge.  Accompanying information and printables for tracking progress will also be available.  Here are the challenges for the year (subject to change).

Jan-- Hydration Challenge
Feb--Sleep Challenge
Mar--Strength Training Challenge
Apr--10,000 steps a day Challenge
May--Off at 8:00 Challenge
June--Journaling Challenge
July--Creativity Challenge
Aug--Reading Challenge
Sept--Cooking Challenge
Oct--Freezer Challenge
Nov--15-Minute Pickup Challenge
Dec--Green Smoothie Challenge

Check out the video below for MUCH more detail and links to monthly challenges below that.

  1. Hey, I am up to joining you on this challenge. Serious! Only one that makes me nervous is the December's green challenge.

    1. Cool! Glad you'll be joining along. Don't worry about the green smoothie challenge. They're delicious (and this coming from a person who's not crazy about greens). Each smoothie has 2 cups of mild greens blended with water and then 3 fruits added. It just ends up tasting fruity. :)

  2. I will try it, if I can eat snails in France then no reason to not try a green drink. I will probably blog about it each month too.
