It's hard to believe I emptied enough products in the month of September to do another video. Maybe it's doing these posts and videos that inspire me to finish up the things I have. You know, sometimes when I get a product that is special, I'm tempted to savor it and not use it much so it will last longer, but lately, I just think if you like something, use it! ***Be sure to see my YouTube video below that details each of these products.***
A nail polish from Julep called Vicki was my favorite all summer and into September. So bright and beautiful!
Also from Julep, I finished this nice body moisturizer.
I used up THREE of these foaming hand soaps from Bath and Body Works. This one, in Berry Sangria, smells amazing!
This is a really nice facial cleanser/makeup remover that has such a nice smell and REALLY does a great job of removing eye makeup, but since I now use Retin-A, it is a little too drying for my skin.
This is just a basic hairspray by Garnier Fructis. It holds nicely, but doesn't make hair feel stiff. This is my go-to hairspray.
I finished my first bottle of this Big Sexy Hair Root Pump Plus. I love this and have already bought another. It does a nice job of pumping up roots and keeping hair from looking flat.
Another really basic product from Pantene is this Sheer Volume conditioner. Does a nice job of adding volume to hair. I use the shampoo, too, but didn't go through that as quickly.
I have a bunch of these face masks. They make you look like Michael Meyers from the movie Halloween, but ah, the things we do for beauty!
Finally, I used this bath bomb from Two Sister Spa (its an Etsy shop). I wait for them to go on sale.
So, that's it for the month of September! Be sure to check out the video linked below and I would love it if you would subscribe to my YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/busybeingjen.
I'm a recently retired college professor and freelance writer with far too many interests on the side. My blog and YouTube channel are about those interests--natural beauty and bath products, organizing, vacation planning, and trying to keep all things balanced.
Berry Sangria sounds amazing! Not sure how I missed that scent this summer!
