Journey to Walking 26.2--Training Schedule

There are great health benefits to walking, in general, and long-distance walking in particular.  It's great motivation to register for a race... many these days are walker-friendly... even marathons!  Having a training schedule can help you to know if you're on track for an upcoming race.  Be sure to check out details in the video linked below and another piece of my journey to WALKING a full marathon in January of 2016.

There are TONS of free resources for training schedules, but here are a few you might want to check out:

    1. I'm sure you've figured out that I have two blogs. BusyBeingJen is primarily a YouTube channel with most of the blogs being supplemental material for the videos. My Flagstaff Home is primarily a blog with supplemental videos, if that makes sense. Sure am having fun getting into this blogging community.

  2. I love to walk. I use to run until I messed up my knee. I have done a 5k but nothing greater. I just might have to get into training to walk longer distances.
Thanks for linking up to Wake Up Wednesday,
    Bev
